What are cacao nibs


Studies show that cacao nibs are nutritionally dense and high in antioxidants. They are a good source of magnesium, calcium, copper, zinc and potassium, and are higher in antioxidants than green tea, red wine and blueberries. Besides being added to baked goods, cacao nibs can be added to smoothies, brittle or trail mix.
